Services

Individual Coaching

Up to (6) 1-hour sessions over the course of 3 months, plus on-demand laser coaching (texts, emails, calls to work through issues). Sessions can be done over phone or Zoom (video).

Leadership Team Coaching

Broader team coaching with custom design, key organization leader must undergo 1:1 coaching prior to this engagement.

Enneagram Assessment

The Enneagram personality assessment is a useful tool for building self-awareness and helps identify common patterns in everyday life, in stress, and in growth.
